One-Year Limited Warranty
Delivering quality products is very import to us here at gyro™. We want to ensure that our customers only receive products that work as intended, and that serve the customer as they were promised by us, which is why all of our products are covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty.
If your product has been delivered defective, or has stopped working unreasonably, you are entitled to a free replacement courtesy of us at gyro™.
If your product has stopped working unreasonably within 30 days of date of purchase you are eligible for a refund instead of a replacement if requested.

*Before contacting us please ensure you have thoroughly read our Warranty Policy and that the product you are requesting replacement of meets all of our guidelines. If the product does not meet all of our guidelines please understand you will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the product to our provided address & that we will send the product back to an address provided by you.*
gyro™ only offers our One-Year Limited Warranty on products that are purchased directly from our online store at: www.gyrosecurity.com
Any gyro™ products purchased through any other modes of sale (second hand sellers, unauthorised resellers, etc) are not covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty. The One-Year Limited Warranty begins from the date of your payment being received, the warranty period is 365 days after this point. Any products purchased after this point will not be covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty.
gyro™ will not be liable for replacing products that have been (a) unscrewed, (b) tampered with internally, (c) have had their battery used incorrectly.
If your gyro™ product has stopped working unreasonably within 30 days of the date of purchase, you are eligible for a refund instead of a replacement if requested. But if it has stopped working in a time greater than 30 days from the date of purchase, but less than one year, you are entitled to a free replacement courtesy of us, but not eligible for a refund.
Please note that gyro™ is not responsible for any monetary amount beyond what has been paid directly via our online sales channel. This also means any customs duties/fees, extra delivery fees, etc, that are incurred in the sending and receiving of gyro™ products are the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for the freight cost of the incoming return, you may be eligible for reimbursement depending on the situation, please refer to the below chart:
